Art.1 Place and ball
The game is carried out on a 3x3 basketball platform with one basket. The standard playground for the 3x3 basketball should be 15 meters wide and 11 meters long. Art. 4. Beginning of the game
4.1. Both teams are breating before the game at the same time.

4.3. The game should begin with three players on the site.

Art. 5. Accrual of glasses
5.1. For each ball, abandoned from the inside of the arc, is accrued one point.
5.2. For the ball, abandoned from behind the arc, two points are accrued.
5.3. For the ball, abandoned from the penalty, is charged one point.
In all situations where the defending team establishes control over the ball and scores the ball to the basket, without turning the ball behind the arc, the hit must be canceled, since the team did not bring the ball before throwing a throw. In all situations, when the defending team knocks off the ball in the basket during the selection without controlling the ball or the ball, it falls into the basket as a result of transmission or reference, the hit must be counted, and points are recorded by the attacker player who last controlled the ball. Art. 6. Play time / game winner
6.1 The main time of the game consists of one period of 10 (ten) minutes. The game hours should stop in situations when the ball becomes dead and with free throws, the countdown is renewed when the "check" is completed (as soon as the ball turns out in the hands of the player's attacking team).
6.2. However, the team first scored 21 (twenty one) point or more, wins the game, if this happens until the end of the main game time. This rule is valid only at the main time of the game (and does not apply to possible overtime).
6.3. If at the end of the main time of the game the score, the game continues with an additional period (overtime). Before starting overtime, commands must be given a break of duration 1 (one) minute. The team that first dials 2 (two) points in overtime, wins the game.
6.4. The team loses the game "deprivation of law", if at the time of the start of the game according to the schedule on the site there are less than three players of this team, ready to play. In case of damage to the "deprivation of the right", the result of the match is recorded as W-0 or 0-W (W means "Win" - victory).
6.5. The team loses the game "Due to the lack of players", if it leaves the playground before the end of the game or all team players are injured and / or disqualified. In case of defeat "due to lack of players", the winning team can choose: either save the number of glasses abandoned with it, or to fix the victory by the "deprivation of law"; For the team, losing "due to lack of players", the number of points abandoned with it in any case is reset.
6.6. The team, which is counted the defeat "due to the lack of players" or, as a result of the intentional non-appearance (in this case, the defeat "deprivation of law" is counted), disqualified from the tournament.
Note : if there are no game hours in stock, then the duration of the game with stops ("dirty time") and / or the number of glasses necessary for victory is determined by the organizer; Fib recommends setting the number of glasses necessary for victory in accordance with the game time (10 minutes / 10 points; 15 minutes / 15 points; 21 minutes / 21 points).
Art. 7. Fouls / Penal Shows
7.1. The team is subject to punishment for team fouls when she made 6 (six) team fouls in the game. The player is not removed from the game due to the number of personal fudges (the player can make any number of personal fashers), in addition to the situations described in Article 15.
7.2. 7.4. The seventh, the eighth and ninth team foul in any case is punished with two free throws. 7.5. Any technical foul is always punished with the provision of one free throw and the subsequent possession of the ball for an unfortunate team, any unsportsmenity foul is punishable with two penalties and the subsequent ownership of the ball for an irreparable team. After a technical or unsportsmanlike foul, the game continues "Check" for the top of the arc.
Note : Personal fouls committed by a team player who controls the live ball or having the right to possession of the ball, E is punishable by free throws.
Art. 8. How to play the ball
8.1. After each successful throw from the game or the successful last free kick (except for the case when the command running the penalty throw is entitled to subsequent possession of the ball):
The team player who missed the ball resumes the game by keeping or transmitting the ball right from the playground, from under the basket (not due to the front line) in any place of the playground for the arc;
The team that threw the ball does not have the right to interfere with the player with the ball, which is inside the semicircle area, in which the collision fouls are not fixed under the basket.
8.2. After each unsuccessful throw from the game or unsuccessful free throw (except for the case when the command running the penalty throw is entitled to subsequent possession of the ball):
If the attack team picks up the ball, she can continue to attack without returning the ball behind the arc;
If the defending team picks up the ball, it should remove the ball behind the arc (transmission or leading).
8.3. If the defending command intercepts the ball or blocks the throw, it should bring the ball behind the arc (transmission or leading).
8.4. The ownership of the ball, provided by any team after the situation of the dead ball, begins with the "check" (transfer the ball from the defender to the attacker) for the top of the arc.
8.5. The player is considered to be behind the arc when none of his leg is not inside the arc and does not concern arc.
8.6. In the situation of the controversial ball, possession of the ball is provided by the defended team.
Art. Passive game
9.1. Passive or insufficiently active game (i.e., a game without trying to throw the ball) is a violation.
9.2. If the site is equipped with a time limit for a throw, then the command must roll over 12 (twelve) seconds. The time reference device for the throw should be included as soon as the ball turns out in the hands of the attacker (after the "check" or under the basket, after an abandoned ball from the game).
9.3. It is a violation, if after the ball was led by an arc, the striker performs inside the arc back or sideways to the basket for more than 5 (five) seconds.
Note : If the site is not equipped with a time limit for a throw and the command does not try to attack the basket, the judge must warn the attacker command, counting the last 5 (five) time of time reserved for the throw.
Definition 1: If the site is not equipped with a time reference device for a throwing judge should apply the rule Article 9, warning the command counting the last 5 seconds. In the event that the site is equipped with a timing equipment for a throw, the judges apply the rule according to Art. 9.2.

Art. 10. Replacements
Replacements can be made by any command at the moment, as soon as the ball becomes dead, and before the "check" or a penalty throw. The replacement can only be carried out behind the line, opposite to the facial, and does not require any actions on the part of judges or judges of secretaries.
Art. 11. Time Autes
11.1. Each command can be provided with one timeout. Any player can request a timeout in a situation where the ball is dead.
11.2. In the case of TV broadcast, the organizer has the right to use 2 (two) television timeouts, which will be provided to teams during all games in the first situation of the dead ball after the game clock will remain accordingly 6:59 and 3:59 to the end of the main Time games.
11.3. The duration of any timeout is 30 seconds.
Note : Time-outs and replacements can only be allowed in situations when the ball is dead and cannot be provided when the ball is alive in accordance with Article 8.1.
Art. 12. Protesting procedure
If the team believes that its interests were rudely violated by the decision of the arbitrator or any incident that occurred during the game, it is obliged to act as follows:
The player of this team must sign the protocol immediately after the end of the game and before the protocol is signed by the arbiter. In the course of 30 (thirty), the team must submit a written justification for protest, as well as a warranty deposit in the amount of 200 (two hundred) US dollars. If the protest is satisfied, the warranty deposit is returned.
Definition 1. : Only official video recording, made by the official organizer of the tournament, are taken into account when considering a protest.
Art. 13. Command classification
The following rules are used to classify teams both in groups and for the overall position of teams in the competition (unlike the tour). In case of equality of teams on the first criterion, go to the next, and so on.
More victories (or victories ratio in the event of an unequal number of games when classifying teams from different groups).
The results of personal meetings (only victories / defeats are taken into account, applies only for classification within the group).
More points of points on average per game (not taking into account victories awarded with "deprivation of law").
If in the position of the commands after applying these three criteria, equality is still preserved, a higher place is occupied with a higher sowing issue.
Classification in tours (where tours is a series of connected tournaments) is calculated for the tours denominator, i.e. either for players (if players can create new commands in each tournament), or for commands (if players are tied to one team throughout the tour). Procedure criteria for classification in the tour:
Place in the final tournament or tournament before the final, according to the results of which the team qualified to the final tour;
Total rating points scored by all tournaments within the tour;
The greatest number of victories in the tour (or the ratio of victories in the event of an unequal number of games)
The greatest average of the scored points during the tour (without taking into account the victories awarded by the "deprivation of law");
Sowing to determine the winner (with the equality of all other criteria) is the crossing of the tour, produced simultaneously with each particular sowing of the tournament.
Note : Sowing a tour is performed for all teams participating in the tour, regardless of whether they will take part in the next tournament or not.
Art. 14. Rules of sowing
Sowing teams occurs in accordance with the glasses of the team ranking (the sum of the rating points of the three best players team before the start of the competition). In the event of the equality of command rating points, the sowing room will be determined by lot before the competition.
Note : In the competitions of national teams, sowing is made on the basis of the rating of 3x3 for national federations.
Article 15. Disqualification
The player who has completed two unsportsflaps (this rule is not applied to technical fashers), disqualified from the game of the arbitrators and can be disqualified until the end of the organizers' competition. In addition, the organizer may disqualify from the player's tournament (s), involved in acts of violence, verbal and physical aggression, unsportsfulness to the results of games, violations of anti-doping rules of the Fib (Book 4 of the Internal Fib Regulations) or any other violations of the Ethics Code FIBA (Book 1, Chapter II of the Internal Fib Regulations). The organizer can also disqualify from the tournament completely the entire command if the other members of its action (or inaction) contributed to the aforementioned misconduct. Article 16. Adaptation for category u12
For the category U12, the following adaptation of the rules are recommended:
If possible, the ring can be omitted to a height of 2.60 m.
The team that first throws the ball in overtime becomes the winner.
Time reference device for throw is not used; If the team does not try to attack the basket, the judge warns its countdown of the last 5 seconds of time allotted on the cast.

Article: Using video footage

Sports director of the competition may be a source of recommendations for judges to make the right decision, but the final decision takes the judge.
